Easter=Another Christmas?
If Easter is somewhat like Christmas, then why isn't it a national holiday here in the U.S, and even if it is, how come it's not popular?
Even though I'm about a week late saying this but... HAPPY BELATED EASTER!!!

black dog riddle and the winning game riddle
Black dog:
"A black dog stands in the middle of an intersecton in a town painted black. None of the street lights are working due to a power failure caused by a storm. A car with two broken headlights drives towards the dog but turns in time to avoid hitting him. How could the driver have seen the dog in time?"
Winning game:
Four men sat down to play. They played all night till break of day. They played for gold and not for fun. With separate scores for everyone. When they had come to square accounts. They all had made quite fair amounts. Can you the paradox explain. If no one lost, how all could gain?
good luck

Is everyone at stevenson a SPAM HATER!!! (can't believe it too)

Sigh man, can't believe almost every single student in the school doesn't like spam, or hate it. I mean its only just a meat in a can, there's nothing wrong with it at all. You know the one thing that bothers me the most is, WHY DO YOU HATE IT WHEN YOU DON'T TRY IT!?. I mean it doesn't bother to hurt when you try right? Ok so you don't like the look, or maybe because it's a meat in a can. It's like they always say, "Never judge a book by its cover" or should i say"Never judge a meat by its can"
Anyway, to all you spam lovers (not haters). I posted sites bellow for you to entertain you a bit, since you like spam, how bout you try other things with spam (spam pizza, pie, etc.)

The World's Hardest Riddle (answer)
" turn polar bears white
And I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
And girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
And normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
And make your champane bubble.
If you sqeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?"
I'll see if i can post more riddles for you to try on, and no it's not gonna be the "world's hardest" where kindergardners can outsmart freshmen like us.The time has come,
winter is here
and those yellow bears disappear. The time has past
as man looks back with a sigh
and a tear in his eye.As time is held
boys cross their legs
but of course the toilet begsAs time marches on
Girls loose their blush
and swap a comb for their brushAs time passes
For those held high
their end is nighAs time catches up
Everyone is equal
when we get to the final sequelAs time turns
Without it we have flour and water
With it we have breakfast for my daughterAs time revolves
How does one turn water and wine
into something so fineAs time runs out
As time ticks
The more in a minute you try and squeeze
the less you can do with ease.
All the time that has past
man cannot comprehend something so vast.

Back to Tennis

Yep i play tennis, it's not really that bad of a sport either. Well since the tennis court nets are back up, I'm going to work hard on my swings, and hope to get started on the serves (because all the serves i hit are blanks). I play tennis for 2 years now, and starting to get the hang on how its played. Hopefully i'm able to try out for the tennis team in Maryland (because that's where i'll move to after this year...i'll explain all about it in a different post). For now, i'm just practicing, and practicing again hoping I can improve. And i hope Mr. Fielder will be at the tennis court when I'm there, I wana see how good he is, and see if I can beat it. Only time will tell.

Call of Duty Series: Relive World War 2 again, and again, and again

1942, I'm sure everyone knows what happened during the mid-1900's. Yep you guessed it, World War 2. I think you should know what happened during WW2, Allies vs. Axis. And your job is to, well try to win the war.
At the start of the game, your "fresh meat" of the army/marine corps and your just started training. The beginning of the game will show you how to play, move, shoot, throw grenades, mantle (go over obstacles), etc. Once you've "learned the ropes" of a soldier, you're now sent to fight the war. Depending on what Call of Duty game you play, you can either be sent in Germany, Japan, or Iraq (for call of duty 4), where you have to do certain missions for each level. Keep in mind though that every level has enemy troops that will come in and shoot your stomach full of lead (not really but you get the idea). During the game, there could be achievements, collections, etc. that you can complete to get extra stuff in the game, like better weapons, extra levels, mini-games (nazi-zombie mini-game where you try to survive a group of German zombies, it's like the last stand), etc.
This game is very fun, and addicting. Even though I have a ps2 and a DS, I won't be able to experience the full extent of the latest call of duties (4, world at war, and modern warfare 2). But at least I know that I've somewhat beaten the game. Not only that, it's also is in a tight competition with Halo in online multi-player matches. I don't know which is better, Halo's Slayer mode, or Call of duty's Deathmatch mode. Both sound like fun to me, so I don't know which to pick.
Overall I'd say Call of Duty is one of the best games ever created. Reliving the WWII, and see first-hand how the Allies fought against the Axis. It's a good game alright, one that we'll never forget.

Dead Rising (Zombie Invasion...at your local mall???)

You're a photojournalist at Willamette, Colorado (not a real city) and your job is to investigate a zombie outbreak at a closed down mall. The next thing you know is your inside the mall, not knowing how you got there with a million zombies roaming around. What do you do?
- You scream and horrified in fear and try to escape
2. You investigate what's going on while at the same time slaughtering every zombie that's in your way.
If you pick 2, then this game is just for you.
Dead Rising, is a sandbox game (a game where you can roam around the map doing anything that's based on the game) and anything can happen depending on how you work on the tasks in the game. If your not really interested in the story, then you can at least fight every zombie roaming around in the mall and hope you don't die (which you will because there's no way you can kill every single one of them)
However, if you do want to find out what happens in the story, here's what you got to do. Find survivors that need you to help them in certain tasks, find a way to end the zombie outbreak, and survive. Oh and you have 72 hours to do so or you die.
There are three different types of modes in Dead Rising, some of which you need to unlock while you play
72 Hour Mode: Frank has three days to solve the mystery of the zombie outbreak. This is the main mode of play.
∞ (Infinity) Mode: A sandbox mode where Frank must last as long as he can. The biggest difference is that Frank can now die of hunger, with the health bar depleting by one every 100 seconds to represent this. Food is now limited and the transceiver, some watch functions, and most importantly the save system are disabled. Everyone, including survivors, are now enemies (who drop character-related supplies upon their deaths) and they all fight each other for the food they hold in order to survive. The game continues until Frank's inevitable demise and is unlocked by finishing Overtime Mode.
The links below will give you more info about the game in case your intersted.

Oh yeah there is word that a second Dead rising is coming up soon. I don't know when it'll come out, but this time, you're in a casino.

The Last Stand Series (80 days of zombie attacks)

Alright then, picture this if you will. Your living just a few miles from civilization, when this whole disease outbreak is in affect, turning anyone that's infected into a zombie. Over time, nearly half of the population is infected and climbing, and millions of zombies are roaming around mindlessly in the towns and cities. You know they're heading your way...its time to make your last stand. (Last Stand 1)
It's been 40 days since the virus outbreak, and you managed to survive countless nights of zombie attacks. Just when you think its over, it's only the beginning. Your goal now is to make your way to Union City (the only city that hasn't been affected by the disease) where they're making evacuations to safer ground. However, you have only just 40 days to make it there, or you'll be left behind. It's time to move on, and make your last stand again.
(Last Stand 2)
This game requires you to defend yourself from zombies that are heading your way. Your goal, SURVIVE AT ALL COSTS!!!. (no really you need to survive to win). You start off with a hand gun, and a make shift barrier you made. In order to continue, you must find survivors, weapons, and make repairs of your barrier, while at the same time, surviving a wave zombies every night.
The first last stand game shouldn't be that hard for you to beat, but the second one is going to be a bit harder.
The second game is similar to the first, starting off with a handgun and another makeshift barrier you built during the day. However, this time your goal is to make it to Union City within 40 days. If you don't, you'll finished. This game adds in another feature, a map to different cities, allowing survivors to use the weapons you have, traps, and supplies. Gather enough supplies to head to the next city, choose wisely though, "more population=more of everything" (which means more supplies, survivors, traps, and zombies)
The key to this game is accuracy, and strategy. Accuracy because you need to aim to take the zombies out, and strategy because you need to choose the best weapon for yourself and your friends, and where to place traps .
If you have what it takes, there is a link below that will take you to The Last Stand 1, or Last Stand 2. Good luck, you'll need it.
(Warning: the game your about to play contains blood and gore graphics that are not suited for some people, play at your own risk)

Street Fighter 4 (Bringing back the HadÅken)

To all you street fighter fans out there, the series is not over yet. Street Fighter 4, now with 3-D graphics is now out for the X-box 360 and the Ps3. Started back in 1987 as an adventure game, it became a sensation when it was changed to a fighting game in 1991.
Ryu and Ken and his friends are back with another round of fighting (again) along with meeting new friends and fighting in new areas
The rules are the same as the previous series, you battle your opponent in a 3 round match, first to 2 wins, wins the match.
This game, i think is going to be the same as the first, but a whole lot better. Don't believe me, ask IGN and 1up. 1up gave this game an A and IGN gave it 9.3/10. Street Fighter 4 maybe better than Halo Wars, although i could be wrong.
The way i see this, this game will be hosted for parties, tournaments, world wide matches, movie theaters, malls. Almost this game will be out anywhere across the world and its a HUGE HIT!!!
Just thinking about it makes me feel like i wana get in the action, however I don't have a 360 or a PS3, so until then , i'll just save up enough money to buy one and play it.
P.S: if you want to look more into street fighter, there are sites below that will give you more info:

Halo Wars: And the battle continues (but will it live up to its name?)

The upcoming Halo game has brought up a lot of commotion. Since the Halo series is already over, they decided to add another chapter in the story. This time they take you back 20 years before Halo 1's story took place. Once again your up against the Covenant fighting over the planet Arcadia where they're starting a slaughter fest and invasion of the land. The UNSC is there to take it back.
Unlike the Halo series, this one isn't a fps (first person shooter). Instead its a strategy game, where your in command, expanding territory, raising an army, and commanding them where to go and fight.
Even though they changed the rating from "M"(Mature) to "T"(Teen), I doubt that it'll be a success like the last three. Here are the reasons why:
- They should never have changed the style of the game, since the game takes back 20 years ago, they should have a fps character, like Master Chief, to control in the game.
- Strategy gaming is going to bore people a lot. I mean if you ask me, I'd rather fight 1000 Covenant troops with only my handgun and grenades. Or use the "hammer of dawn" against 100 berserkers in "Gears of War". I mean there's no action, no fun in strategy games, all you do is just command people where to go and who to attack and stuff, no one wants to do that.
- I would just keep the "status quo" of games. If one game is adventure, let it be adventure, or a fps, keep it the same way. Unless you want to change it (like as if your dying to change it), at least try to make it better from the previous games, otherwise, your just wasting your time, money, and energy creating it.
If you want further information about the upcoming Halo game, there's sites below that will take you there.

If only it was summer *sigh*
*sigh* i wish it was summer, no snow, no shoveling the snow under below freezing temperatures, yeah that would be nice. If only the groundhog wouldn't see his shadow every year we could have spring come sooner instead of six more weeks with Jack Frost.

Ace Combat: Sky's the limit

This story takes place in a world where "the sky's the limit". Aces from all around the world perfect their skills in case another war breaks out, and they want to get into the action.
You start off small in the game. A small aircraft, with only one or two sub-weapons you can carry, with a low speed, and a hard time maneuvering. Over time as you complete mission after mission, you'll earn credits depending how you rank on the mission (from rank C to rank S the higher the rank, the more credits you'll earn) which you can spend on new and better aircraft's to pilot from.
You also get a codename in the game, instead of calling you "Red 6" or "Black 10", you get a names like "Blaze", "Pixy", etc. which is kinda cool you know, i mean its better than just say a color and a number. Each Ace Combat game has a different codename so don't think you're playing the same person twice (but it would be kinda cool if you did).
Beating the game is easy, but getting all the aircraft is harder than you think. Just because you beat the game on an easy level, doesn't mean you beat the game. To me, beating an Ace Combat game is getting all the aircraft, all the medals, and having an S rank on all the missions from easy to Ace mode. I've done it before, it's not easy.
Overall, I think this would be a great game for people who want to be in the Air Force, and those who just want to fly an airplane. The graphics and the sounds feel like you're actually in the game fighting a war. So what do you say, you got what it takes to change the tide of the war?
The links below will give you more information about the game, and other Ace Combat games they made in other game systems. Enjoy!

Future Guitar Hero Games?
You know, Guitar Hero or Rock Band might be a source for rising artists that have what it takes to compete in the music business. I mean the more people who play the songs and like it, the more popular the artist/song it'll be, eventually it could be in a top 40 in a radio station, music video, etc. You never know what can happen.

Guitar Hero Vs Rock Band
Guitar Hero:

- B.Y.O.B-System of a Down
- Assassin-Muse
- Crazy Train & Mr Crowley- Ozzy Osborne
- Vicarious, Schism, and Sober- Tool
- Cult of Personality-Living Color
- Scream, Aim, Fire-Bullet for my Valentine

- Give it All-Rise Against
- Testify-Rage Against the Machine
- Chop Suey-System of a Down
- Painkiller-Judas Priest
- Let There Be Rock- AC/DC
- Almost Easy-Avenged Sevenfold
Not only this helps me improve my finger skills for guitar in the game, but it also helps me at the actual guitar. If you want to take your skills to the test, then try playing the songs in an actual guitar than just pushing 5 buttons on a plastic guitar.

Dance Dance Revolution

Dance Dance Revolution. One of the best games you could play while at the same time get a good workout.
The game is simple:
- step on the arrows you see on the screen
- try not to lose
- try not to fall too (if you can't balance yourself on the dancepad)
There are three skills you will work on while you play
- Speed
- Balance
- Coordination
- Reaction Time
One last thing. It won't matter what kind of game system you got, Dance dance revolution is in all of the game systems (Playstation 2, PS3, X-BOX 360, X-BOX, and the Wii)
I have dance dance Supernova at my house with a dance pad, and based on experience, its a really good game, especially if you want to get all the songs.
